這次跟朋友趁著天氣冷起來前，去陽明山上來個一日遊，也順便品嘗一下文化大學附近傳說中的《牛肉拌麵》
早就聽說這家家喻戶曉，不僅僅上過報、也上過電視的小吃店，價格便宜又提供牛肉清湯喝，而且大碗又好吃，所以我跟朋友決定上山吃一波
《牛肉拌麵》位於文化大學旁邊，簡單的招牌跟遠遠就聞到的牛肉香味，大概就是這家店最明顯的吸睛方式
因為假日人比較多，所以店家還有發號碼牌，如果外帶就不用等歐~~
在外面等候的時候就看到了他們在準備，那個牛肉看起來超心動!!
大概不到半小時就可以進去用餐了!!店內其實不大，所以進去要小心不要撞到人
牆上有菜單，就這2種麵，就讓這家店家喻戶曉
餐具自取，重點的重點是這個餐具架的旁邊!!!!
這碗大鍋牛肉湯~~
旁邊的蔥花可以自己加~~湯喝起來很甘甜，還有牛肉的香味，底層還有大骨，可惜要下午才能撈
接著期待已久的麵終於上桌了~~

送過來的時候看這個散的可愛的牛肉片~~也擺放的太隨意了吧!!
麵是一般的白麵，雖然看起來有點白，但是醬汁的香味跟蒜味真的很棒
牛肉片也好吃，煮的不柴不澀
而且麵的最下面很多蔥花，吃的最後才發現~~
《肉絲拌麵》 75元
如果有不吃牛肉的人可以選擇，因為肉絲拌麵是豬肉肉絲~~
其中不得不推一下，這個豆干有夠入味，而且又厚又嫩，從沒吃過那麼好吃的豆乾
整體來說，分量真的多到吃不完~~我們兩個女孩子才吃了一碗
而且蒜味很香卻不會讓人覺得蒜的太過分，我平時不太愛蒜味都覺得好吃!!
旁邊的辣油也是辣得剛剛好，辣得很香，帶點麻，卻又不會太辣，所以整體我覺得都把調把調味搭配得非常好
如果去陽明山，想吃便宜又好吃的小吃，可以來吃看看這家!!
