在東區的街上，突然看到「裸湯」，诶?是誰在東區街頭泡裸湯?沒想到居然是雞白湯拉麵店
比起豚骨喝起來更加的爽口又不失豬骨熬出的美味，不僅拉麵好吃，還有精彩的小菜，就是這家在東區街頭泡裸湯的《裸湯拉麵》
《裸湯拉麵》在忠孝敦化捷運站跟忠孝新生捷運站中間，純白的店面卻又帶點日式風味
從遠處看，可以透過玻璃，看到在品嘗拉麵的美味
門口也有貼著小菜跟拉麵的菜單，也可以參考價格
店內位子多，有吧台型又有獨自多人座位
剛好選擇窗邊的座位，舒適又能享受陽光
餐具跟飲水是自助的
《裸湯拉麵》的LOGO居然是雞跟豬在泡拉麵裸湯~~~想必懂吃的人就會覺得很有意義，畢竟雞白麵就是使用雞跟豬下去熬煮的
進店之後可以先拿取右側的菜單，看起來也是簡約又文青
食物的美味也是完全不讓我失望，精緻度不僅僅體現在店家上，也在食物裡吃到了這份店家對於美味的要求及精緻
《裸湯拉麵》 $200
拉麵價格平價以外，還有2大片叉燒跟糖心蛋、筍片、海苔
湯雖然跟豚骨拉麵一樣的甘醇色澤，但是卻沒有那麼油
使用的拉麵比較不吸湯，而且還是有點Q度的拉麵，吃起來更有口感
湯喝起來有豚骨的濃郁，卻有雞白湯的清爽，又不膩，整碗湯喝完都不是問題
《蔥花拉麵》 $240
喜歡吃蔥的人千萬不要錯過，雖然我敢吃蔥花那麼豐富的拉麵
但是我朋友超喜歡~~除了本身拉麵的好吃，又有滿滿的蔥花香，我都以為置身日本了!!!
一定也要分享一下小菜，剛開始只是想點個小菜吃，但沒想到他的小菜完全不輸拉麵的美味!!!
《唐揚雞》 $80
其實我通常對於小菜類的唐揚雞不太期待，但是這個完全不輸給唐揚雞定食的美味
還附上了檸檬，唐揚雞加上一點檸檬的酸味，剛剛好又好吃又不膩
外面炸得酥脆，但是裡面卻又多汁又鮮嫩，而且很大塊
《炸豆腐》 $50
居然是比較少見，直接把大塊的豆腐拿去炸再切過
豆腐是使用美味的雞蛋豆腐，所以吃起來更別有一番風味
《章魚燒》 $80
完全不輸外面章魚燒店家的章魚燒!!!
雖然整體不大顆，但是用了卻很豐富
一般的章魚燒裡面只有1塊章魚，但是這個居然有到2.3塊章魚塊，做的口感也比較紮實，完全感受到店家的誠意
整體來說，我自己覺得價格便宜又美味，比起一堆排隊拉麵店，我可能會更推薦這家擁有不輸給其他程度的美味又不需要久候的《裸湯拉麵》
而且這個文青又簡約卻帶點日式風格的店面，與以往的拉麵店完全不同!!
如果哪天你想讓味蕾浸泡一下這個甘醇的、雞與豬的裸湯交織出的美妙，記得不要錯過《裸湯拉麵》
