信義美食。L.A PHO越南河粉 Apple對面平價越式餐點 必吃招牌火車頭越南河粉

沒想到信義區居然有那麼平價又好吃的越南河粉~~~
上次在信義區吃到這家菜色品項多又好吃又地道的《L.A PHO越南河粉》，不僅僅有有名的越南河粉，還有蠻多特別又在地的小吃，像是生春捲、炸魚餅之類的

《L.A PHO越南河粉》位在信義區Apple店對面的Neo19裡面，直接就在一樓，所以也不用擔心找不到~~

 店內慢慢的異國風情，在繁華的信義區內，沒想到有藏著這種純樸風格的店家

 店內的牆面上用了斗笠跟原木色的裝飾物裝飾著，看起來純樸中又有著一點舒服的小文青風格

 也有一些牆面上有東南亞熱情的塗鴉看起來整體店內風格不會太單調，也增添了一些活潑的感覺




桌上除了提供飲用水以外，也提供了紙巾跟簡單的醬汁




 其中我自己最喜歡的就是這個小吧台，檸檬、辣椒、九層塔!!
之前幾次吃河粉都覺得檸檬不夠(我自己比較愛吃酸)，或是九層塔想再多一點點，這次我實現檸檬自由了~~~

 辣椒的部分，由於我自己比較沒有吃那麼辣，所以先請朋友測試一下辣度，吃起來很辣~~

九層塔跟檸檬也是可以看自己要多少自己夾取

這樣一夾起來，感覺更有身在越南的感覺了~~~




店家的菜色品項也很多，有越南河粉，還有蠻多特別又在地的小吃，像是生春捲、炸魚餅之類的，詳細請大家參考菜單

《炸蝦餅》 $50

我自己很推薦喜歡吃蝦餅的朋友可以點!!!

吃起來又脆又香，重點是吃起來還有一點點的微微辣，吃起來蝦味濃郁又帶著東南亞的微微香料鹹辣，吃起來超帶勁~~




《招牌火車頭越南河粉》 $260

上面的牛肉是新鮮的生牛肉下去交熱湯燙得微熟微熟，吃起來很新鮮，不會有腥味，而且牛肉超級嫩口

 河粉絲滑Q彈的口感，我真的很愛~~

 裡面的料也給的蠻多的，不僅僅生牛肉，還有牛肉丸子、牛百頁跟牛筋

 這個牛肉丸子我自己也好喜歡，既有韌性又紮實，咬下去還有牛肉香

 加入滿滿的九層塔、辣椒跟檸檬，一口下去真的超飽滿~~~




《河內夜市炸豆腐》 $140

原本覺得價格有點小貴，但是整盤的份量真的很多，上面還稍微灑了一點香料，吃起來更有層次

 附的醬汁一個是微酸甜的醬汁，另一個是清爽的辣，吃起來口味完全不同，也可以滿足喜歡不同口味的朋友

外皮非常香脆，乍看之下以為是臭豆腐，但咬下去之後才發現完全不一樣~~

 原本覺得是臭豆腐的口感，沒想到裡面是帶著濕潤的豆腐，口感既有臭豆腐的酥脆，又有日式炸豆腐的原有的豆腐口感，吃起來很特別




《招牌越式炸春捲》 $180

外面金黃色的酥脆外皮，看著就垂涎三尺了~~~

裡面餡料飽滿，有著牛肉跟一些蔬菜切碎下去包成餡料

醬料跟《河內夜市炸豆腐》使用的醬料一樣，一個是酸甜的醬料，另一個是清爽的辣

春捲本身是帶著牛肉的鹹跟蔬菜的微微甜，單吃其實就蠻夠味，我自己覺得不沾醬也好吃~~




《招牌越南滴滴咖啡》 $120
《泰式奶茶》 $80
飲料這次是點了《招牌越南滴滴咖啡》跟《泰式奶茶》，都有著東南亞飲料獨特的煉乳甜味~~

《招牌越南滴滴咖啡》也提供了一杯冰塊，可以先把底層的煉乳攪散再加入~~

搭配上這滿滿的一杯冰塊，喝起來的甜味就比較剛好，如果說不想太冰也可以等冰塊化掉一點再加
而且店家已經調好了完美比例，喝起來剛好不會太甜




整體來說，我覺得《L.A PHO越南河粉》算是附近平價，美味程度跟用料的用心度也不錯的餐廳
店家的份量也很足夠，點的小菜都不小菜了!!!大概就比主食再少一點點的分量!!用料也很佛心，真材實料，用料也很實在~~
重點是店內的品項多，我覺得蠻適合聚餐分食，這樣可以點個主餐、小菜、飲料跟湯，就可以吃到比較多品項又能吃的很飽!!

下次去信義區不知道要吃什麼，不如來《L.A PHO越南河粉》，享受一下在地的異國風味美食吧~~
