新竹美食。Hidden off 大遠百旁必吃白色老宅咖啡廳 不一樣的精緻早午餐 推薦店家手做薯餅

位於新竹大遠百附近有一家純白的老字號咖啡廳《Hidden off》，算是許多新竹人推薦，美味好吃又精緻
蠻多人說必吃早午餐，但其實這次來訪之後，不僅儘早午餐簡單、精緻又美味，而且蛋糕跟司康也讓人讚嘆的美味，算是聚餐或是約會都很適合的小地方

其實上次曾經撲空過《Hidden off》，現在全面改為預約制就不擔心又撲空啦~~~
店門口比較難找一點，但是就是這家西門街上的純白建築，走進鐵皮裡就感覺開啟了新世界

店門口看起來文青又優雅，店名輕飄飄的寫在旁邊




店內看起來復古卻清爽

吧台上面還有一些方便外帶的小點心，看起來都超可愛

還有店家手做麵包，我一定要推薦可以外帶套餐搭配的那兩種麵包((文章下面有套餐
吃起來好吃又有濃郁的起司香




一樓感覺是接待單位的客人，位子不多，但是店家還有2樓的內用座位




2樓的空間大，但店家把桌子之前的空位都留得比較大，這樣用餐空間會更舒適

旁邊也有飲用水可以喝，餐具會由店家直接送到桌上

《蘑菇手工牛肉丸起司厚蛋三明治&自家馬鈴薯煎餅》 $250

喜歡蘑菇醬的人必點!!!!小碗中有酥脆的手工馬鈴薯煎餅，搭配上蘑菇手工牛肉丸起司厚蛋三明治跟蔬果

滿滿的起司蘑菇醬，裡面還有一顆顆的手工牛肉丸，吃起來濃郁又好吃

旁邊的蔬果也都很甜，南瓜應該是栗子南瓜，吃起來味道香濃又甜

《芥末籽蝦仁厚蛋三明治&自家馬鈴薯煎餅》 $280

跟《蘑菇手工牛肉丸起司厚蛋三明治&自家馬鈴薯煎餅》的配置大概相同，芥末籽蝦仁厚蛋三明治搭配手工馬鈴薯煎餅，以及蔬果

自家馬鈴薯煎餅吃起來比較酥脆，大概就是比較厚又保有馬鈴薯的口感的超大洋芋片
吃起來超級香脆，感覺來多少我都吃得了

芥末籽蝦仁厚蛋三明治吃起來沒有什麼芥末籽的味道，倒是三明治吃起來比較有嚼勁，跟一般的吐司三明治吃起來味道特別許多

蝦仁稍微用香料作微微的調味，所以整體吃起來是蝦仁的鮮甜跟蛋的香味，再趁著微微香料味

搭配的蔬菜一樣是許多鮮甜可口的蔬果

這個南瓜真的吃一次就上癮~~




《蒜油蝦與烤蔬菜沙附自製Ailoli醮醬》 $320

沒想到套餐裡面帶了誇張的蔬果烤串!!!!整體就是胡椒微微提味
雖然有附上沾醬，但其實單吃蔬果更好吃

蒜油蝦使用的油是好的橄欖油，所以店家說可以搭配著麵包沾著吃
不得不說，吃起來一點都沒有油味，反而是帶著蝦香跟香料味的清爽

套餐裡面有2款麵包，一款裡面有滿滿的起司，還把麵包切開，這樣更方便把蝦子或蔬菜塞進去~

另一個麵包上面則是滿滿的乳酪塊，吃起來超香，還帶著麵包的麥香味




《明太子起司厚蛋三明治》 $150
裡面除了起司厚蛋以外，就是又多又濃郁的明太子，簡單又好吃




《季節水果鐵觀音戚風》 $250

上面滿滿的水果，其中也有冬季限定的草莓跟葡萄

外面的慕斯帶著鐵觀音的香味跟淡淡的甜味

裡面的戚風蛋糕也是很有誠意，有著一層滿滿的水果夾心~~




《每日司康》 $90

司康吃起來比較少見，是偏像餅乾型的口感，吃起來超級苦甜濃郁




《伊勢抹茶牛奶》 $140
牛奶搭配濃濃的抹茶，喝起來濃郁好喝




《鍋煮伯爵鮮奶茶》 $130
我自己超級推薦!!!除了伯爵茶味道很濃郁以外，上面還有一層黑糖




整體來說，我自己覺得《Hidden off》的早午餐真的很滿足，多種不同的蔬果跟一個大大的主餐，自家馬鈴薯煎餅也是好吃的讓我懷念
小缺點大概就是離火車站有一小段路，但這也不敵我對於美食的愛!!
