花蓮美食。小和山谷Peaceful Valley 壽豐鄉復古老宅改造 寵物友善的精緻手做早午餐

位在花蓮壽豐鄉滿滿的老宅及田地之間，有一家以舒芙蕾鬆餅、早午餐聞名的寵物友善小店家
《小和山谷》保留了復古又帶點日式的老宅，用一點小裝飾、還有美味的餐點，讓這老宅又以新的面目讓大家為之瘋狂，今天就來享用一下這份復古的美味

《小和山谷》位在民宅之中，前面大大的院子跟復古的圍牆，上面用著有點老式的鏽鐵英文寫著店家的英文名字

旁邊還有個可愛的木棧板寫著《小和山谷》

進去一看，不僅僅保留了復古的老宅，外面還放了2台有點老派的機車~~




店內滿滿的原木味，位子也不少，但是每次期待著想要來用餐的人更多~~所以要來品嘗記得要盡早

點餐以及做餐的櫃台上面還有超多啤酒罐，可惜這次是騎車玩花蓮，所以沒辦法來一杯

餐具跟茶水可以在旁邊自取

店內比較特別的是每個人低消為一杯飲品，餐點是不計入低消內的!!



接下來分享給大家今天的美味~~

《提拉米蘇鬆餅》 $230
超好吃的舒芙蕾，但是建議大家要再送上餐的第一分鐘拍好，因為我在快門按下前一秒鐘就垮了……
2塊舒芙蕾加上香草冰淇淋，上面撒上又甜又苦的可可粉還搭配上一些棉花糖，還有一朵可愛小花

舒芙蕾不是小塊的，2塊超大，在綿密裡又帶點扎實的口感




《冰霜檸檬派》 $130
超特別的冰沙口感檸檬派，送上來的時候店家就推薦可以趕快吃，會有冰沙的口感!!!

由於是冷凍過的，所以真的超難切，但是吃進去既有冰沙口感又入口即融，加上檸檬派酸酸甜甜的味道，真的是好吃的不得了




《巧克巧克冰淇淋奶昔》 $220
上桌一看~~也未免太浮誇了吧!!!上面滿滿的餅乾、奶油、棉花糖，底層是苦甜口味的冰沙奶昔

一開始原本以為是布丁，但沒想到卻是巧克力甜甜圈~~~~

我有偷偷看到其他的冰淇淋奶昔，草莓的冰淇淋奶昔看起來也很讚!!!!如果之後在草莓季有機會再來的話，我一定要點




《冰淇淋紅茶》 $130
相較其他東西就是很普通的冰淇淋紅茶，但是冰淇淋的奶香很讚~~加上不會苦澀的古早味紅茶，趁機解解夏天的暑氣




整體來說，我自己覺得《小和山谷》雖然價格不親民，但是好吃程度會讓你覺得很值得鹹食的部分看起來也是超級棒的
可惜剛吃完早餐就沒有點鹹食了，下次來想要來點點看看起來有點浮誇又有點好吃，而且香味可以直飄到隔壁桌的我的鼻子裡!!!!

提醒一下，如果想要來用餐建議10:30就要來排隊，不然會排得比較久~~
