中永和美食。一之軒南勢角店 買麵包也有舒適衛生大空間 軟綿生吐司/松露蘑菇吐司 養身亞麻子枸杞麵包

大學的時候常常在找地方跟同學一起做作業，除了速食餐廳以外，偶爾以會想吃吃一些不要那麼不營養的食物，所以開發到了這家位在南勢角捷運站旁邊的《一之軒》
店家大，而且還有座位，加上這個平價好吃的麵包，可以順便連同隔天早餐都一起買了!!!
而且除了一般的麵包以外，《一之軒》也常常會出新口味，就算是台灣的伴手禮或是喜餅、蛋糕也都有，所以也算是我經過都喜歡進去逛逛的店~~

《一之軒》就位在南勢角捷運4號出口正對面，超大一家!!!!




店家平時人也很多，所以每天也會有超多麵包出爐!!!!

如果需要再打開進去取用，一方面可以防止飛沫，另一方面又能更好的讓麵包保鮮

其中我從大學最愛的地方就是這裡!!!!現烤麵包區!!!等待放涼的麵包們，也可以夾取去結帳歐!!




其中這家超大的《一之軒》最棒的地方是提供座位區，每次買了熱呼呼的麵包，坐著就可以直接享受，真的超級快樂

而且還貼心的提供自助區，可以取用茶水跟紙巾，也有店員會隨時整理，真的超貼心




但其實最近開始努力健身的我，比較少麵包，畢竟是碳水化合物
但是!!!《一之軒》最近推出了一些養身的五穀雜糧麵包類，對於愛吃麵包的我來說，真的是超大的福音!!



來分享一下這幾款好吃的麵包!!!




《生吐司》  85元
喜歡的原因當然不外乎是因為終於有平價好吃的生吐司了!!!!!!!

後面的包裝可以看到軟綿綿的生吐司

而且這個包裝也很棒!!!就算拆開後也很好收回去，更能讓生吐司保持新鮮度

燈愣~~~我真的蠻愛生吐司!!尤其是吐司邊比起一般吐司少，所以吃起來更蓬鬆、更軟綿

重點是生吐司即便不回烤，也很好吃




《松露蘑菇吐司》  80元
我真的有夠喜歡蘑菇口味的料理，所以這個《松露蘑菇吐司》有夠深得我心!!!

又蓬鬆又好吃，而且上面還有好多料，每一口都有我愛的蘑菇香

把這個吐司當成早餐吃也很棒，很有飽足感，口味也不單調




《亞麻子枸杞麵包》  38元
雖然以前的我對於這種養身麵包很還好，但自從開始健身之後，我也越來越愛了

麵包本身但有枸杞的甜味，而且亞麻子本身也是很好的減肥聖品，能增加飽足感

這個滿滿的餡料，CP超級高!!




自從開始健身以後，以往喜歡的巧克力麵包、罪惡又胖的麵包都只能嘴饞的時候享受一下
大部分時候會選擇更有營養價值的麵包，這三款就是我蠻喜歡，平常也很適合吃的!!

當然了~~更喜歡的就是這個陪伴我大學做作業的小地方!!即便現在，經過的時候進去買個小東西還是一直以來的小習慣
