中山美食。拉麵公子 濃厚雞白湯拉麵 用對拉麵的愛來煮出一碗道地拉麵

上次聽說在中山區有一家好吃的雞白湯拉麵，而且老闆因為對拉麵的癡愛，而自稱「 血管已經變成拉麵的形狀了 」
因為對拉麵的愛，所以對於拉麵非常講究，除了在自己的專研內，有了店家最好吃的雞白湯拉麵，店家在不同時節也會推出不同口味的新拉麵

店家位於中崙大潤發斜對面，一看就感受出日式的感覺了，還有這人潮!!大家都是想來吃這美味的拉麵

店家門口也有放等候的位子，記得要先作登記




店家內部大概8個左右的位子，而且看看上面漂亮的布簾，既有日式風味，又在這日式的木吧台上增添了一點的色彩




也像是日本的拉麵店一樣，使用機檯點餐

這次來到這裡，當然重點是他經典的雞白湯

除此之外，這個看起來很厲害的咖哩拉麵也想品嘗看看呢，有些還能調整辣度跟麵

桌上會附冰水，還有筷子、湯匙、紙巾




等了一下子，終於上桌了!!!




《濃厚乾咖哩雞白湯拉麵》微辣/粗捲麵  290元
基底湯頭是雞白湯，辣是真的有點微微辣，雖然好吃，但咖哩味卻蓋掉了雞白湯的味道了，如果是真的想吃雞白湯拉麵的不推薦點這碗
但是想要嘗試不同的風味拉麵，可以點點看!!因為真的還不錯~~




《雞白湯拉麵》  280元
我今天的重頭戲，原本想要點濃湯頭，但是第一次來品嘗，還是點了一般的雞白湯拉麵

重點是不僅湯頭好喝，而且雞肉也很有誠意，使用了不只一種的拉麵，這塊超級多汁甜嫩

這塊則是比較有嚼勁，但是在嘴裡咬起來也是滿滿的雞肉香，加上這個胡椒味的點綴

還有這個半熟玉子，也是使用醃過的，所以吃起來味道也很足夠




下次也想來二刷!!而且我一定要試試看濃厚的口味，不知道店家又會推出什麼不同的風味
